In 1988, Ben Cavett was Sole Proprietor of Madden Portable Buildings and
Cavett Home Improvements. Over the years, this family operated business
grew, adding VersaTube steel framed buildings, as well as various custom
structures to our product line. Cavett Buildings LLC is currently owned
and operated by Cheryl Cavett and JD Raulin. It remains a family owned
and operated business, servicing north central Oklahoma and south
central Kansas. Customer service and quality workmanship top our list of
values. We believe our reputation is our bread and butter, and routinely
go that “extra mile” to ensure customer satisfaction. Company owners are
personally involved in every aspect of each and every job we do. We
build it like we would build it for our grandmothers, and look forward
to including you in our customer family.
